Terms + Conditions

Every booking will be confirmed with a non refundable deposit of 1 night. This price will vary dependant on the number of persons, children or dogs that will be stay with us on that one pitch. A maximum of six persons (adult or child) and/or two dogs on any one pitch, larger parties will require additional pitches.

Deposits need to be paid to confirm your booking. If the deposit isn’t paid, the pitch will not be secured. We will contact you once we have received payment.

You can choose to pay in full once booked. If you choose not, we politely ask payment is paid in full 2 weeks before the date of arrival. We will contact you once we have received the full payment via email or telephone.

Bookings made within a fortnight of the arrival date will need to be paid in full to secure your space. Any bookings cancelled within the 2 weeks before the arrival date will not be refunded.

Each booking will have an allocated pitch of which upon arrival guests can park and set up on. Any questions please call from our contact details on the whereabouts of your pitch. We will know you are on the way. Please arrive on your arrival date by 8pm at the latest. All noise to be kept to a minimum between the times of 11pm - 8:30am out of respect to other guests.

Facilities will be checked and cleaned twice a day and grass maintenance will be once or twice a week. This will commence during the afternoon between 2 and 4pm weather dependent on the day. No grass and site maintenance will take place over the weekend so we dont disturb our guests.

During your stay, We will be a phone call away for any inquiries you may have and on site. Please don’t hesitate to contact or see us. Bins and recycling are emptied regularly throughout the week.

Toliet and shower facilities will be cleaned and checked twice a day. Gray waste tip is provided but please clean after use with the hose provided. there is a dog waste bin on-site with access to poo bags. We please you to pick up all dog waste and keep dogs on leads as we are a working farm with livestock.

Gas fired BBQs are premitted and any soild fuel BBQs to be kept off the ground. Due to the field also used for arable crop. During the summer months BBQs will only be premitted in the designated BBQ area on-site.

Throughout your stay, all assets and property of guests are your responsibility. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage if such a unfortunate event of this occurs.

Upon departure date, we require all guests to vacate the site by 10:30pm to allow for pitch maintenance. If you would like to further your stay, please call and we will look at availability.
